Ivermectin is a new-type anthelmintic with broad-spectrum, high efficacy and low toxicity.Its mechanism of action is increasing the releasing ofthe polypide GABA(γ-minobutyric acid) ,opening the Cl- aisle that controlled by aminoglutaminic acid and increasing the neurilemma's permeability for Cl-.Accordingly, the transmission of nerval signal is blocked and the muscle's contractibilitylost, the polypide is lead to paralysis and death.
This product is rapidly absorbed after injection,blood concentration reaches peak value in 2 hours.It distributes widely in gastrointestinal tract,internal organs and skin.
